La principale r\u00e9f\u00e9rence en la mati\u00e8re a \u00e9t\u00e9 publi\u00e9e en 2022 par le DNV. Elle est \u00e0 ce jour encore consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme une r\u00e9f\u00e9rence, bien que le rapport ait \u00e9t\u00e9 commandit\u00e9 par WindWorks Jelsa AS, un groupe norv\u00e9gien visant \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper un site de fabrication de flotteurs en b\u00e9ton en Norv\u00e8ge.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Pour la cr\u00e9dibilit\u00e9 de l\u2019industrie de l\u2019\u00e9olien flottant, il est essentiel de consid\u00e9rer une repr\u00e9sentation plus r\u00e9aliste des sch\u00e9mas d\u2019ex\u00e9cution potentiels pour les flotteurs en acier, permettant une comparaison plus \u00e9quitable entre les deux mat\u00e9riaux. \u00c0 cet \u00e9gard, les hypoth\u00e8ses du rapport du DNV doivent \u00eatre r\u00e9\u00e9valu\u00e9es.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Chez Ocergy, nous d\u00e9veloppons un flotteur semi-submersible en acier, l\u2019OCG-Wind\u2122, avec un d\u00e9monstrateur de 3 MW dont la mise en service est pr\u00e9vue pour l\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 2026, et nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une technologie sp\u00e9cifiquement pens\u00e9e pour faciliter l\u2019industrialisation.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Nous avons examin\u00e9 la m\u00e9thodologie et les r\u00e9sultats du rapport du DNV. Les modules en acier sont efficaces \u00e0 fabriquer via une cha\u00eene d\u2019approvisionnement existante, sans besoin d\u2019installations nouvelles et co\u00fbteuses. Transporter des modules plut\u00f4t que des unit\u00e9s enti\u00e8rement assembl\u00e9es permet d\u2019utiliser une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de navires de transport disponibles, plus petits et plus \u00e9conomiques que les impressionnants navires semi-submersibles. Au port d\u2019assemblage, une seule station suffit pour livrer plus de 50 flotteurs par an.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ceci contraste fortement avec les flotteurs en b\u00e9ton, qui n\u00e9cessiteront des investissements massifs dans de nouvelles usines et quais de construction suffisamment grands pour accueillir plusieurs assemblages, en raison du poids consid\u00e9rable de ces structures et de la difficult\u00e9 \u00e0 les d\u00e9placer \u00e0 terre. De nombreuses stations de fabrication seront n\u00e9cessaires pour atteindre le m\u00eame d\u00e9bit, en raison du temps requis pour finaliser un flotteur en b\u00e9ton. Ces usines auront du mal \u00e0 s\u00e9curiser un pipeline de projets suffisant ce qui entra\u00eenera un co\u00fbt unitaire tr\u00e8s \u00e9lev\u00e9.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">L\u2019\u00e9cart de co\u00fbt est encore accentu\u00e9 par la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9, pour le projet, de pr\u00e9voir le d\u00e9mant\u00e8lement et la d\u00e9construction des unit\u00e9s \u00e0 la fin de la dur\u00e9e de vie du projet. Une installation d\u00e9di\u00e9e devra \u00eatre cr\u00e9\u00e9e pour d\u00e9construire en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 les structures massives en b\u00e9ton, avec des possibilit\u00e9s tr\u00e8s limit\u00e9es de r\u00e9utilisation et une faible valeur de revente des mat\u00e9riaux bruts r\u00e9cup\u00e9r\u00e9s. Le co\u00fbt d\u2019une telle op\u00e9ration pourrait \u00eatre comparable \u00e0 celui de la fabrication initiale, en raison du temps, de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, ainsi que des \u00e9quipements sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s et de la main<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2011<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">d\u2019\u0153uvre requis.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u00c0 l\u2019inverse, un flotteur semi<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">\u2011<\/span><span data-contrast=\"auto\">submersible modulaire en acier sera beaucoup plus facile \u00e0 d\u00e9monter, du fait de la diff\u00e9rence de masse et de la possibilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9sassembler les principaux composants. De plus, l\u2019acier de r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration pourra \u00eatre enti\u00e8rement recycl\u00e9 et pr\u00e9sentera une bonne valeur de revente.
